Introduction
UNDERSTANDING ESG: THE KEY QUESTIONS EVERY ORGANISATION FACES
Sustainability has shifted from a voluntary initiative to a core business requirement. Expectations from regulators, investors, customers and employees continue to rise, and organisations are increasingly judged by the credibility of their actions, the transparency of their reporting and the strength of their governance. Those that respond early build trust, reduce risk exposure and position themselves for long-term resilience and growth.
Yet many organisations still face fundamental questions:
Where do we begin?
Which frameworks should we adopt?
How do we measure impact?
What does credible sustainability reporting look like?
This programme cuts through the complexity with a structured, practical approach that helps participants understand ESG, interpret frameworks and translate intent into meaningful action.
Ultimately, ESG is about making better decisions — decisions that strengthen organisational performance, support responsible growth and prepare teams for a future where
sustainability capability is essential. This course equips participants with the clarity, tools and confidence to contribute to their organisation’s ESG journey in a practical and impactful way.
