Sheymalatha started as a HR practitioner and worked her way up to be a HR Manager within 6 years upon her graduation from the National University of Malaysia with a very reputable Multi National Organisation Worldwide. She has also holds and MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Georgia.

In the past, Sheyma has been among the specialised trainers appointed by HRD Corp of Malaysia to run the Entrepreneurship Mentors for SMEs programme as well as the Fostering Innovation & Refuelling Entrepreneur (FIRE) programme with the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India.

Prior to commencing her career as a professional trainer, Sheyma held senior HR roles in Western Digital, Integrated Logistics Berhad, Rex Plastics, Manipal GlobalNXT University. Her key area of specialization is in Human Resource, where she focusses on Talent Development and Management, Training Needs Analysis, Succession Planning and related areas such as Professional Office Management, Safety Culture and, Coaching & Mentoring among others.
