Her strong corporate foundation enables her to connect\u00a0ESG and sustainability principles directly to real organisational challenges and decision-making contexts.<\/p>\n<p>She holds an MSc. in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.<\/p>\n<p>During her corporate career, Rodziah served in senior leadership roles including Senior Manager for\u00a0Portfolio Risk and Senior Manager for Corporate Strategic Planning, where she evaluated major initiatives,\u00a0conducted enterprise-wide risk assessments and advised senior leadership and board-level committees.<\/p>\n<p>She also contributed to organisational capability development as a Skill Group Trainer, delivering\u00a0programmes in treasury, financial risk management and governance.<\/p>\n<p>Rodziah is certified in Sustainability &amp; Climate Risk (SCR\u00ae) by the Global Association of Risk Professionals\u00a0(GARP), reinforcing her expertise in climate-related risk, ESG integration and sustainability reporting.<\/p>\n<p>Her familiarity with key frameworks \u2014 including GRI, SASB, TCFD, TNFD and ISO 31000 \u2014 enables her\u00a0to guide organisations through materiality assessments, data structuring and reporting readiness.<\/p>\n<p>Known for her clear and practical approach, Rodziah simplifies complex ESG concepts and equips<\/p>\n<p>participants with tools they can apply immediately.
